This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards of behaviour expected of all users of the CNE Contract Portal Platform operated by CNE Software Solutions. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in those Terms.

1. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform only for the lawful purpose of managing the works you are authorised to carry out, and only within the permissions assigned to your account. You must use the Platform honestly and accurately, and comply with all applicable laws and site rules.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, and must not attempt to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or improper purpose.
• Submit false, misleading or inaccurate information, including forged or unauthorised signatures.
• Access or attempt to access data, accounts or features you are not authorised to use.
• Share your account credentials or allow another person to use your account.
• Interfere with, disrupt or overload the Platform, its servers or networks, including introducing viruses or malicious code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
• Scrape, copy or harvest data from the Platform beyond what is necessary for your authorised work.
• Use the Platform to store or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe the intellectual property or confidentiality rights of the Company, the Client or any third party.

3. Content Standards

You are responsible for the Content you submit. Content must be accurate, lawful and necessary for the works. Photographs, signatures and documents must relate to the work being carried out and must not capture individuals who have not consented where consent is required.

4. Security

You must take reasonable steps to protect your account, including using a strong password, keeping it confidential, and signing out when you have finished. You must report any suspected security breach or unauthorised use to admin@cnesoftwaresolutions.com immediately.

5. Monitoring

We may monitor use of the Platform to operate, secure and improve it, to investigate suspected misuse and to comply with our legal obligations. You should have no expectation of privacy in content or activity that you submit to the Platform beyond the protections set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Enforcement

Breach of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of Content, and reporting to your employer or the Client. Where a breach is unlawful, we may report it to the relevant authorities.
